All cruise packages are based on Twin share, inside cabin and costs are per person. All prices are converted from British Pounds and are subject to currency fluctuation at time of booking.  Availability is current as at 06 Oct 25 and deals are available until date shown or until sold out. Included airfares are based on special non refundable economy fares, ground transfers are not included unless specified, any hotels included are on a room only basis unless specified. Hotels in certain destinations in Europe, USA and Asia may require local tourist taxes or resort fees payable at check in, We aim to give an indication of these where possible, but unfortunately you cannot pre pay this aspect of the hotel rate and must settle at check in. ESTA Visas are required for Itineraries visiting USA ,Canada, India, China, Vietnam, Schengen states & Sri Lanka. Visa costs are not included. Passports must be valid at least 6 months after the end of your holiday, If travelling on a non NZ passport other visas + NZ re-entry permits may also be required, please check with applicable embassy. Passport validity, Visas, Vaccinations and health requirements are the responsibility of the passengers. Individual cruise line T&C will apply based on the cruise line booked

The promotional code is not valid on Ambassador’s Festive Events, selected charters and cannot be used over Ambassador’s Black Friday promotional period.

The promotional code can only be used for new bookings only made directly on Ambassador’s website or through our call centre, it can be used for bookings made through travel agents and other third parties.

The promotional code is valid on all new bookings from 29 September 2025 to 31 October 2025, closing at 23.59 for all seasons on sale on the Ambassador website, each cabin will receive one bottle of Champagne per cabin per sailing.

The promotional code must be entered at the time of booking to be valid. It cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings, even if the booking was made during the promotional period.

Free Port Parking or Coach Transfer T&C's:

Free car parking or return Victoria coach is valid on new bookings only on specific sailings from 08:00 13th October 2025 until 23:59, 12th November 2025 inclusive on selected 2025/2026/2027/2028 season sailings. Offer is valid for up to two adults paying the Saver or Ambassador fare, 3rd/4th berth are not eligible for free car parking or return Victoria coach. Car Parking can be reserved by either guest booked in the cabin, and they must be over the age of 18. Free car parking is for one car per cabin booked only, free return Victoria coach is for both guests booked in the cabin. Solo travellers will get free car parking or return Victoria coach booking the Saver or Ambassador fare over the same period on selected 2025/2026/2027/2028 season sailings. All offers are capacity controlled and subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice at any time. Please note this promotion is not applicable to any festive/in port events, charters, Fly cruises or any booking made outside of the promotional dates.

Extras not included: Travel insurance, travel costs to/from the port of embarkation, port parking, onboard gratuities and service charges where a package has not been purchased (automatically billed to the onboard account), optional shore excursions, discretionary expenditure of a personal nature including hot and cold alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, gifts, shopping, laundry, WIFI & communication, and any visa & health certificate charges that may apply.
