Having visited 32 countries (and counting!), I’ve been lucky enough to turn my passion of exploring the world into a career helping others do the same. I specialise in travel across Australia, the Pacific Islands, Cruises, and bring a wealth of knowledge from a six-month backpacking adventure across Europe that gave me first hand insight into travelling on and off the beaten track.

Some of my most memorable experiences include hot air ballooning over the desert in Dubai, island hopping along Croatia’s stunning coastline, and something a little closer to home - Fiji! - A destination every Kiwi should experience at least once.

While I'm now in a part-time support role for our incredible team of Travel Specialists, I have been part of the Calder & Lawson family since 2011. I've worked across all areas of the business, including as a Travel Specialist from 2018-2021.

My love for travel and exploring the world began as a child. I come from a big family in a small Waikato town, and as my older sister travelled through America working as an au pair, I will always remember receiving her post cards, monthly phone calls and gifts in the mail from the amazing places she visited. From those moments, I knew I wanted travel to be a big part of my life.

I am fortunate to have travelled to many countries, experiencing various travel style and cultures. I love sharing with people everything I can about the amazing places I have been to, and in return I learn so much about those I haven't been yet. My "to travel" list is ever-growing!

I’m someone who’s always had a deep passion for travel and a genuine love of connecting people with the world around them.

I’ve been fortunate to live in several countries and have spent many months backpacking through South America, Europe and Asia, experiences that have given me a deep appreciation for different cultures, landscapes, and ways of life. For me, travel is more than just visiting new places, it’s about creating meaningful connections and helping others experience the transformative power of discovering the world.
