House of Travel Orewa Expo Prize Terms and Conditions

By participating in this competition, you confirm that you accept and agree to these Terms & 
Conditions.

Prizes:
• First prize: $1,000 House of Travel voucher 
• Second prize: $900 Globus Family of Brands voucher
• Third prize: $500 House of Travel voucher 
• Fourth prize: $500 Air New Zealand long-haul voucher

Prize Terms & Conditions
• The Promoter is Arvida. The Providers are House of Travel. The Competition is called 
Travel Expo at Arvida Peninsula Club.
• The Promotional Period is between 11am and 2:30pm on Thursday 15 October 2026.
• The draw will be held at Arvida Peninsula Club, 441 Whangaparāoa Road, Stanmore Bay 
on Thursday 15 October at 3pm and will be drawn by a Justice of the Peace, or a member 
of the New Zealand Police. The winners will be notified by email.
• If any of the winners cannot be reached by email within fourteen working days, the 
Promoter may redraw a new prize winner(s) without liability to any person.
• Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry.
• To enter the Competition, you must collect four stamps, put your completed entry in the 
clearly marked box at Arvida Peninsula Club. Only one entry per person.
• The Promoter’s decision as to the winners is final and binding. No correspondence will be 
entered into in relation to the conduct of the Promotion or otherwise.
• The prizes are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
• The Promoter, Sponsors and providers accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, 
damage or injury whatsoever that may arise in any way from the use of the prizes or the 
conduct of the promotion.
• The Promoter reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the prize at any 
time.
• Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, contractors 
and immediate family members of Arvida, House of Travel Orewa and participating 
sponsors are not eligible to enter.
• The prize is subject to change due to events that are out of the Provider, Promotor’s or 
Sponsor’s control.

• Prize redemption conditions:
• First prize: $1,000 House of Travel Orewa voucher. Voucher must be redeemed 
through House of Travel Orewa by 15 October 2027 with a deposit towards a future 
booking. 

• Second prize: $900 Globus Family of Brands voucher. Booking must be made 
through House of Travel Orewa by 15 October 2027 with a deposit towards a future 
booking.
• Third prize: $500 House of Travel Orewa voucher. Voucher must be redeemed 
through House of Travel Orewa by 15 October 2027 with a deposit towards a future 
booking.
• Fourth prize: $500 discount towards one Air New Zealand long-haul ticket on flights 
operated by Air New Zealand. Travel must be booked through House of Travel Orewa 
by 30 November 2026 and completed by 30 June 2027. The prize is non-transferable, 
non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Travel is subject to Air New 
Zealand’s Conditions of Carriage and seat availability.

• The total prize value will not exceed the stated prize; under any circumstances. 
• No additional costs will be covered beyond this amount.
• By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees to these conditions and 
understands that any additional travel or costs incurred beyond the prize value are their 
own responsibility.
• The winner accepts the main prize at their own risk.

Arvida Privacy Policy
• Arvida is committed to respecting your privacy. We will collect your name and contact 
details in order for you to participate in the Promotion and being added to our database 
for marketing communications. We will collect, hold, and use your personal information 
to enable us to conduct this Promotion. Besides our staff, we will share this information 
with House of Travel for purposes of the Promotion. Providing information is optional. If 
you choose not to enter your name and contact details, you will be unable to participate 
in the Promotion.
• Your personal information will be held and used in accordance with the Arvida Privacy

be amended from time to time without notice to you and a current version is located at

Additional Terms & Conditions
• Purchasing travel insurance is recommended. 
• If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, due to any cause 
beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, 
fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promotion may be abandoned 
or postponed at the discretion of the Promoter.
