Terms and Conditions
All cruise packages are based on Twin share, inside cabin and costs are per person. Availability is current as at 27 May 26 and deals are available until date shown or until sold out. Space is strictly limited and is subject to availability at time of booking. On board credit where shown is per cabin & must be spent on board and is not refundable in cash. All passengers are bound by the individual cruise lines terms & conditions, please ask your consultant for a full copy. Current Deals must be paid in full at time of booking or deposit dates as shown. All passengers must have a valid passport with more than 6 months validity at the end of their holiday. Travel insurance should be taken out at time of booking to cover in the event of any unforeseen cancellation. Included airfares are based on special non refundable economy fares, ground transfers are not included unless specified, any hotels included are on a room only basis unless specified. Hotels in certain destinations in Europe, USA and Asia may require local tourist taxes or resort fees payable at check in, We aim to give an indication of these where possible, but unfortunately you cannot pre pay this aspect of the hotel rate and must settle at check in. ESTA Visas are required for Itineraries visiting USA ,Canada, India, China, Vietnam, Schengen states & Sri Lanka. Visa costs are not included. Passports must be valid at least 6 months after the end of your holiday, If travelling on a non NZ passport other visas + NZ re-entry permits may also be required, please check with applicable embassy. Passport validity, Visas, Vaccinations and health requirements are the responsibility of the passengers. Individual cruise line T&C will apply based on the cruise line booked.

ANTARCTICA – Up to $3,000 Air Credit
$1,500 Discount is applicable for eligible bookings confirmed in Premium Economy. $3,000 discount is applicable for eligible bookings confirmed in Business Class.
i. Offer applies to new bookings made from 11 May 2026 to 30 June 2026 inclusive (“Offer Period”) for HX Antarctica departures from 01 October 2026 to 31 March 2027 (“Applicable Sailings”).
ii. Offer applies when both the outbound and inbound long-haul international flight sectors to and from South America are booked in the same cabin class, being either Premium Economy or Business Class with HX for Applicable Sailings during the Offer Period.
iii. Connecting, domestic, or regional flight sectors forming part of the same itinerary may be operated in Economy Class without affecting eligibility for the Offer.
iv. Bookings made outside the Offer Period will not qualify and the Offer cannot be applied retrospectively to existing or held bookings.
v. The minimum deposit required under our current Booking Terms & Conditions must be made to confirm the Offer.
vi. To Redeem the Offer please quote HX-AIRCREDIT-26 when booking with our Expedition Specialists.
vii. The following pricing and promotions are excluded from and cannot be combined: Price Promise, Group Pricing, Tour Operator pricing and promotions (where an agent is packaging the HX cruise / components) and third-party Travel Agent brand promotions, special pricing or loyalty schemes.
viii. For Trade partners discount applies to bookings made via the FIT System but excludes group bookings.
ix. Payment, cancellation, refund and other terms are as per our Booking Terms & Conditions.
x. Offer is capacity controlled and subject to availability.
xi. HX has the right to limit, change, or discontinue this Offer at any time without notice.
