New route, new possibilities!

I began my career in travel working in Europe as a tour director in 2001.

I never imagined over 20 years later I would be able to pass on my knowledge and passion to other people and call it my job.

Unmatched in her lifetime experience within the conference and incentive travel industry, Victoria heads-up HOT Events and truly delights in delivering fantastic results for our clients. 

Making magic happen is Victoria's specialty. She understands what is required to deliver top experiences for delegates and incentive visitors. In high demand by both clients and colleagues alike, Victoria is keen to share her skills and works closely with the team to ensure every part of a programme, from concept delivery, is exceptional .

Although Victoria's hospitality management studies included chief training - it doesn't mean she does a lot of it now - preferring to hunt out the latest wining and dining options in town. She does bring this knowledge to the table when hosting groups on or off shore - ensuring the venue is the ideal place for the specific group's requirements.

My favourite thing about this job being able to explore and research lots of cool destinations daily and creating some cool itineraries is really exciting.

I love hearing all about the trip and my client’s experiences when they get home but it’s certainly making my book-it “list” turn into a novel.

My favourite place I have visited is Puerto Rico - from the beautiful white-sand beaches and the best coffee & chocolate I’ve ever had, this country is so rich with culture. It’s sure to be a memorable port stop on your next Caribbean Cruise.

The next place I would love to explore is South America - from Argentina, along the Amazon from Rio, Brazil, Venezuela and Peru!

With a couple of years of experience in the travel industry, I am passionate about all things travel — culture, adventure, food and leisure. Most importantly, I love turning your travel dreams into reality.

Travel has been a part of my life since I was three years old, those early experiences sparked a love for travel that has only grown over time. In 2021, I achieved a Level 4 Certificate in Tourism, Airline and Flight Attending which opened the door that brought me into the world of travel.
