"She was very prompt replying, and I thought all was great. However, I have just been notified, two days after paying the full amount, that the accommodation is not available! This is very disappointing. We are unable to go unless we pay more and change our dates and accommodation!! I understand accommodation is scarce but maybe a deposit rather than the full amount upfront would be more appropriate."
